Purchase terms

These terms apply when you purchase a personalised StackFit Commerce implementation blueprint.

1. Who provides the product

StackFit Commerce is operated by Matthew Jon Cocking, a sole trader trading as Matt Cocking Digital, at 11 Cormorant Road, Ruddington, Nottingham, NG11 6RW, United Kingdom. Product support is available at support@stackfitcommerce.com.

Payment is processed using Stripe Managed Payments. Link acts as merchant of record for the transaction and manages payment-related support, applicable indirect transaction taxes, disputes and refunds. StackFit Commerce remains responsible for the blueprint and product support.

2. The blueprint

The blueprint is personalised digital content assembled from the answers and store information supplied during the assessment. It includes prioritised software recommendations, implementation guidance, dependencies and a 30/60/90-day roadmap. It is supplied in English through a private web link and can be printed or saved as a PDF using the browser.

Recommendations are decision support, not a guarantee of revenue, compatibility or business performance. You remain responsible for checking current third-party pricing, contractual terms, technical compatibility and suitability before purchasing or installing any recommended tool.

3. Price and payment

The launch price is a single payment of £19. The total payable is shown in Stripe Checkout before the order is placed. Link may display a local-currency equivalent and handles applicable VAT, GST or sales tax as merchant of record. StackFit Commerce is not VAT registered.

4. Delivery

Access normally begins immediately after successful payment. The private blueprint opens after checkout and an access link is sent to the email used for payment. Keep the link private. If it does not arrive, contact support and include the email used at checkout; do not send card details.

5. Immediate supply and cancellation

Before checkout, you must expressly request immediate supply of the digital blueprint and acknowledge that your 14-day right to cancel ends once access to the digital content begins. If access has not begun, or if the required consent was not obtained, your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or not supplied with reasonable care and skill. Contact support@stackfitcommerce.com if there is a problem. Link also provides transaction-level support for Managed Payments purchases.

6. Permitted use

You may use the blueprint internally for the store assessed and share it with employees or professional advisers working for that business. You may not resell, publish, reproduce commercially or provide the blueprint as a competing product.

7. Third-party tools and links

Recommended tools are supplied by independent third parties under their own terms and privacy notices. Tool availability, features and pricing can change. Affiliate availability does not influence recommendation scoring or placement; where an affiliate link is used, it will be identified without increasing your price.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, StackFit Commerce is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate assessment answers, changes made by third-party providers, or business decisions taken without appropriate professional review.

9. Complaints and governing law

Send complaints to support@stackfitcommerce.com. We will acknowledge and investigate them within a reasonable time. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing mandatory consumer protections or court rights that apply where you live.
